Founder's Story6 minReleased Apr 2024

Saved on the Edge.

Featuring Ken Faulk — founder of Signs and Wonders. The bridge, the voice, and the ministry that grew out of one terrifying drive home.

Ken Faulk grew up in a small village outside Pittsburgh. Years before he ever found faith, signs kept appearing in his life. A roadside billboard quoting John 3:3. A football player at his school. A soldier on his bunk. A truck driver in his office. Each one telling him about Jesus. Each one ignored.

By the time he was working for Mobil Oil Corporation — beautiful wife, three children, a successful career — he had decided to throw it all away. On the way to a business trip in the middle of Hurricane Agnes, driving across the Susquehanna River Bridge with debris crashing in the water below, he heard a voice say, "If this bridge collapses, you're going straight to hell."

What happened next would not only save his marriage and his life. It would become the foundation of the entire Signs and Wonders ministry — the billboards, the films, the work that continues today.

For a sign to be recognized, one has to be looking. Are you looking?

About Ken

The founder. The husband. The father whose testimony made all of this possible.

Ken founded Signs and Wonders in the early 1990s after his own dramatic conversion. His mission: to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ through billboards — the same kinds of signs that had once spoken to him as a boy and a young man. Decades later, his son Joseph picked up the torch and added films to the mission. Ken passed away two years before this film was made public. His voice and his story remain at the center of everything we do.
